Supervisor, Food Services

 

Looking for supervisor for Mr Sub to manage our location at 526 Welland Avenue, St Catherines, Ontario L2M 5V5 ability to supervise 3-4 people , Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year.

Duties:

1) Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

2) Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

3) Ensure that food  and service meet quality control standards

4) Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

5) Prepare and submit reports

6) Supervise and check assembly of trays.

7)  Establishing work schedules.

8) Will be supervising Food Service Counter attendants and food preparers

9) Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

10) Address customer's complaints or concerns

Qualification- Completion of High School

Experience- 7 Months to less than a year.

Language- English

Salary-$16/hour

Fast paced environment,work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, knelling, physically demanding
