Retail Sales Supervisor        

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

-Vacancy: 1                                                

-Work Hours: 6~8 Hours per day or 30~40 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent

-Wage: $18.00~20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

-Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

-Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.

-Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

-Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise

-Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

-Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

-Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

-Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Job Requirements:

-Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of related experience

-Language: English is required

-Education: Completion of Secondary School
