Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Terms of Employment:
Full Time: 40 hours/week
Wage: $19.00/hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities as Warehouse Supervisor will be as follows:

• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of final product, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments.
• Work schedules, procedures and coordinate activities of Shipping and storing staff and work as a liaison between the shipping and accounting department
• Review the work of warehouse staff engaged in shipping material and maintaining of materials.
• Responsible for co-ordinating with shipping staff, transportation crews and other related activities.
• Train newly hired staff in their job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Also ensure that the work done by them in efficient and effective manner.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports on receivables.
• Ensure co-ordination with other departments (accounting, quality and transportation) for smooth functioning and uninterrupted functioning of warehouse.
• Resolve work related issues and report to stakeholders
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Education: No Education required.
Experience: Experience will be an asset
