Karnail Singh Blueberry Farms Ltd. is hiring 02 Farm Supervisors.

It is a full-time permanent position offering $22 per hour and 40 hours per week.

High school education and 1 to 2 years of experience is required. Basic English is required as language.

Job Duties:

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers

Oversee growing and other crop-related operations

Evaluate the efficiency of operations

Develop work schedules and establish procedures

Maintain cleanliness and quality control

Ensure safety regulations are followed

Perform general farm duties

Assist farm manager to achieve goals

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extending periods, repetitive tasks, hand-eye coordination,

Work site environment: Outdoors, hot, cold, wet/damp, dusty
