Network Technician

4062124 Canada Inc. O/A Speedx Transport Located at 62 Selby Rd, Brampton, Requires 1 Network Technician on Per/ FT basis, $35.50/ hr. 40 hours/week. Must have 1-2 years of verifiable experience. Technical education in computer systems/networking is must. Email- speedxtransportinc@gmail.com 

Job Duties of Network Technician

• Establish and Maintain LAN, VPN Networking systems across multiple terminals across Eastern Canada and the Processing Office in India
• Undertake repair and troubleshoot all network and computer systems related problems
• Assist management in monitoring user behavior, performing corporate surveillance measures
• Ensure the proper bandwidth and network back up to the phone systems across all terminals and the offshore office
• Provide adequate support and training to the users and assist resolve their issues
• Maintain and oversee Server processes, email systems, tracking systems ensuring the almost zero downtime
• Create and resolve all kinds of service tickets for users
• Perform reports on networking systems and make recommendations to management
• All other relevant tasks related to networking issues required in smooth running of the company operations.
