Administrative Assistant
Fed is a Vancouver-based food-tech company designing, developing and manufacturing functional foods using our in-house nutrition planning platform. We are looking for an ambitious, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities/Duties include:
-Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
-Determine and establish office procedures and routines
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
-Answer electronic enquiries
-Compile data, statistics and other information
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
-Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
-Oversee the receiving, sorting, routing and delivery of mail
-Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
Requirements:
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
-Excellent attention to detail
-Team player
-Experience training and supervising
