2 Food Service Supervisors required as soon as possible for SUBWAY

Location: 26361 Fraser Hwy, Suite 2, Aldergrove, BC, V4W 2Z7

Salary: $17.20 / hour

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, Physically demanding

Personal Suitability: Team player, Client focus

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, Prepare budget and cost estimates, Address customers' complaints or concerns

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules.

Workers Supervised: Food service counter attendants and food preparers
