Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

  • Receptionist
  • take phone calls, update calendars, etc
  • Provide reports as required
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Provide other administrative work or support as required

Qualifications:

  • Able to use  MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Effective communications skills (Verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Can work independently and in a team based environment
  • ​Strong organizational skills

 

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary (high) School (preferred)

 

    $27.00 / hour

  •  Terms of employment: Term or contract,
  • Full time30 hours / week
  •  Start : soon as possible
