2. Education: College/CEGEP, at least.
3. Related Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.

8. Main Duties:
1) Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures;
2) Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs;
3) Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services;
4) Authorize the development of specifications for products or services;
5) Manage contracts;
6) Review and process claims against suppliers;
7) Oversee the analysis of data and information;
8) Oversee the preparation of reports;
9) Advise senior management, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
10) Plan and control budget and expenditures;
11) Hire, train, direct and motivate staff.
9. Additional Requirements:
1) Remote work available;
2) Willing to travel.
