Specific Skills
- Plan and execute forecasted and actual details of events ensuring optimal scheduling and flawless service delivery
- Maintain and apply knowledge of all laws, as they relate to an event.
- Ensure achievement of service and profit targets through the implementation of strategies and procedures for our growing event venue business.
- Advising Event Managers on floor plans, product selection, and staffing to ensure service levels are appropriate and efficient.
- Plan and executive strategies to achieve and maintain high guest satisfaction metrics and employee engagement
- Conduct daily shift briefings to energize and motivate team members following brand service messaging and standards
- Coach and counsel team members to achieve optimal performance, productivity, and service delivery
- Advising Event Managers on floor plans, product selection, and staffing to ensure service levels are appropriate and efficient.
- Support a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
- Continuously complete market surveys and competitive analyses for new and innovative banquet presentations and setups.
- Provide post-event analysis, and respond to client feedback.
- Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
