Pay rate: $25.50/hour,40hours/week

Anticipated start date: as soon as possible

Position: Full time, Permanent

Farm location: 7075 Evans Rd, Chilliwack, BC, V2R3P5

REQUIREMENTS

Language: Basic English

Education: high school

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in the field is required.

JOB DUTIES

• Managing the entire operations of the farm.
• Keep a regular check on the progress of crops.
• Guiding and explaining procedures to other workers at the field.
• Purchasing the farming equipment’s and maintaining them.
• Aiding in the implementation of farm safety.
• Keeping the record of production and sold crops.
• Having proper knowledge about manures and crop nutrition.
• Perform some other farming activities.

Candidate may have to work in dusty, hot, cold, rainy weather in outdoors.it also involves standing for extended hours,bending,crouching and kneeling.

BENEFITS

Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer and medical for first three months will be covered if required.
