Specific Skills

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase sales and customer count.
• Analyze the performance of staff and determine staffing needs.
• Manage and allocate responsibilities to employees.
• Locate, select, and purchase resale products from wholesalers.
• Recruit, hire, and manage employees and/or volunteers
• Execute everyday operations by planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating them.
• Research and choose the products and services that will be sold.
• Research market trends to assess consumer demand, possible sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' actions on sales.
• Plan and prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Ensuring about the supply shortages and placing orders.
