Job Details
Wage - $42.00 / hour
Location of Employment - 370 Highland Rd W, Kitchener, Ontario N2M 5J9

Terms of employment - Permanent, Full time 35 hours/week

Job Duties
- Ensure the organization follows all the provincial and age-related compliances and restrictions and abides by the product-related laws and procedures.
- Monitoring the employee’s performance and providing training and suggestions to make sure excellent performance.
- Oversee and ensure that the administrative personnel complete obligations and health and safety procedures are on the top all the time.
- Maintaining the company’s website and other social media platforms up to date for merchandise and pricing.
- Keep updated and informed the management on a weekly basis about any challenges or issues that need to be addressed in the business.
- Plan, administer, manage, and update financial sales traits, revenue, and expenditure reviews and share reports with management.
- Keeping safely and appropriately filing administrative financial records and preparing the budget reports.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees of the administrative team and assigning them duties.
- Create, implement, and manage all systems regarding database control, information management, and office support.
- Organizing and controlling the operations of the business with the aid of tracking costs, controlling costs, and implementing budgets.
- Dealing with sellers and suppliers and managing, organizing, and negotiating contracts.
Job requirements
Education - Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration
Experience - Several years of experience
