GOLD LINK HOMES LTD. located at 12935 Helston Cr., Surrey, BC, V3V 6T6 is currently looking for 3 CONSTRUCTION HELPERS to join their team as soon as possible.

Full-time, Permanent position @$21 / hour for 40 hours/week with 4% Vacation pay as BC’s Employment Standards. Various work locations as per company’s contracts. English is the required language. Completion of high school is required. Experience an asset.

Relocation expenses and medical insurance for the first three months will be covered by employer, if required.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, Walking, Bending, Crouching, Kneeling, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods.

Work site environment: At heights, Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold.

Job duties:

Loading and unloading construction materials, and moving them to work areas

Erecting and dismantling scaffoldings and barricades

Assist in demolishing buildings

Assisting heavy equipment operators

Mixing, pouring and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt

Levelling earth to fine grade specifications using rakes and shovels

Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites

Tending or feeding equipment used in construction

Cleaning up chemical spills or other contaminants

Directing traffic at or near construction sites
