We (1294502 B.C. Ltd.) have an exciting opportunity for a CEO/ Senior Manager to lead our operations. This role is central to ensure the core user experience of our product. The business is a manufacturer/distributer of Smart Cards, which help to make everyday tasks of the consumers facile and stress-free. Smart Card provides personal identification, data storage, and application processing, which includes retail gift cards, financial ATM cards, public transit cards and healthcare cards.

Employment details:

  • Position: CEO/Senior Manager (Manufacturing/Production)
  • Wage: $55.20 / hour
  • Hours: Minimum 30 hours/week to Maximum 40 hours/week

Skills required:

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic & agile environment. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects.

Duties and responsibilities of a CEO/Senior Manager:

  • Overseeing the complete operation of the organization/company.
  • Effectively communicate and support company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate the organization's direction and vision to middle managers.
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, review, evaluate, and improve business procedures, policies, and organizational activities and initiatives.
  • Formulate, approve, and implement organizational policies, programs, and other internal campaigns.
  • Representing the organization or delegating representatives to act on behalf and provide directions and explanations to delegating authority as required.
  • Utilize best business practices and methods to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee the human activity of all departments, authorizing and organizing the establishment of central departments and associated positions.

Employment requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary school is required. A university degree or college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce or other discipline related to the product

2 to 3 years of position related work experience is mandatory.
