• Job Location: North Vancouver , BC
• Hourly Rate: $15.20/Hr
• Vacancy: 1
• Terms of employment: Full-time 40 hours / week

• Employment conditions:Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Flexible Hours, to be determined
• Child Requiring Care: Supervise and care for multi-aged childrent up to 12 years old
• Able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
• Start date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months 
• Applicant has First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Security and Safety: Medical and Criminal Record Check
• Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel, Public transportation is available
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, overtime required.
• Work Location:Urban Area, Work in employer's/client's home

Job Responsibilities:

• Bathe, dress and feed infants and children,
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
• Keep records of daily activities & health information regarding children,
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development,
• Organize,activities such as games and outings for children,
• Supervise and care for children,
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals,
• Prepare infants and children for rest periods,
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home,
• Take children to and from school and to appointments,
• Tend to emotional well-being of children,and
• Help children with homework

Job Requirements:

• Additional Skills: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
