Food Service Supervisor
Our restaurant is in need of 2 restaurant supervisors to help us provide best services to customer:
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
• Workers Supervised: Food and beverage servers; Cook (general);
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
• Prepare food order summaries for chef;
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
• Ensure food service and quality control;
• Fast-paced environment
• Work under pressure
• Standing for extended periods
• Tight deadlines
• Ability to Supervise 5 people
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets;
• Report weekly to owner to improve the kitchen organization, sanitary, food services and customer’s experience.
We prefer candidates with minimum 1 year working experience.
