1 Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor

Biggar Esso is looking for a full-time, permanent Retail Sales Supervisor. (Part-time as well as Full-time applicants will be considered)

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Employer: High Class Holdings Ltd. o/a Biggar Esso

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $20.00/hr-$21.00/hr depend on experience based on 30-35hr/wk with 15 days of vacation pay

Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Work Location: 904 Main Street (PO Box 1120), Biggar, SK, S0K 0M0 

Work Setting: gas, convenience store, and bar

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

- Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cash registers

- Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules

- Establish work priorities, delegate work to support the staff

- Maintain inventory & order necessary merchandise and control budget

- Help customers’ questions to find items and return of merchandise

- Perform authorize payment by cheque, debit, or credit card

- Checked invoices from vendors, and prepare periodic & special reports to the owner

- Handle comments, complaints, and more in a professional manner

- Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store

- Sell merchandise to customers if necessary

- Ensure compliance to health and safety standards, especially follow Public health orders of
COVID-19
- May train or make arrangements for training of new staff
