Job Description/ Skills:-

-To Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

- To Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs.

-To monitor and order supplies.

-To Inspect kitchens and food service areas.

-To Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

-To Order supplies and equipment.

-To Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipments.

-To Clean kitchen and work areas, Organize and manage buffets and banquets.

-To Manage kitchen operations
