Education:

No formal education required

Experience:

2 years of experience as a cook are required

Experience working in an Ethiopian restaurant is ideal.

Languages:

Oral and Written English is required

Duties:

-Prepare and cook complete variety of Ethiopian dishes to the highest possible standard
-Prepare and cook individual dishes and special meals
-Follow standardized Ethiopian recipes for accurate food preparation
-Create own Ethiopian recipes
-Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
-Oversee kitchen operations
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Clean kitchen and work areas
-Maintain food safety standards
-Ensure a high level of cleanliness
