Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school required
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience
Languages: Written and Oral English required
Specific Skills:
- Coordinate production work
- Schedule and assign transportation crews and routes adjusting options for greatest opportunity in maximizing safety, service and cost efficiencies.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization,establis work schedules and procedures,resolve work-related issues,prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate equipment logs,drivers supplies and materials
- Train workers in job duties,safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- All other administrative support duties as applicable including file maintenance
