Job requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience
Specific Skills:

Hire, train, and develop a team of sales staff to successful outcomes and to achieve success in account relationship development, increasing orders and reorders, conversions, and expansions

Provide medical sales leadership and develop selling opportunities in high-impact accounts and engage internal resources to convert opportunities into sales

Meet product category sales targets across portfolio and drive activities to increase service sales and improve overall contract management

Analyze sales results to determine sales strategy and inventory requirements and develop and execute monthly and quarterly developmental targets for region

Review RFP's prior to submission and participate in demonstrations, product presentations, customer meetings, and regional clinical meetings

Track activities and submit reports on sales activities and manage forecast and probability within CRM system

Lead attendance at national trade shows, regional trade shows, and large society meetings

Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales

Determine strategic planning related to new product lines

Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
