We at KS Solutions Ltd. are looking for a full time administrative assistant who can perform the job duties below:
Receive log and distribute incoming mail according to procedures.
Prepare correspondence and invoices.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting with clients.
Perform general clerical duties: filing, faxing, answering phone calls, and taking messages etc.
Order supplies, materials, equipment and schedule for maintenance and repair work
Keep records of tax documents, prepare cheques and billing statements.
Maintain client’s database.
Perform other related duties, as required.
Minimum 1 yr. experience is required.
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
