Salary: $21.00 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various job locations in Lower Mainland (BC) as per company’s contracts with its clients
Transportation: Transportation to jobsites/workplace is available if required
Job Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons at the work site by providing them tools, equipment, and other materials as required and assist in other activities.
- Load, unload and move construction materials to and from the work site.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction
- Remove rubble and debris using rakes, shovels and other equipment at job site.
- Clean and prepare surface.
- Mix, pour and spread materials as per tradesman’s instructions.
- Level earth using rake and shovel to fine grade specifications.
- Take care of construction equipment, clean them and store at safe place after work shift.
Job requirements
- No experience needed, we will train.
- Functional English is required.
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long period of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
