 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 Work Experience: Over 1 year of administrative experience

 

 Job Duties:

  • Greet walk-in traffic ascertain nature of business and direct them to appropriate department.
  • Formulate and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related.
  • HHandle inter- department as well as external correspondences like emails and other paper transactions.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for various departments.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Answer calls, maintain call logs and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage official logs and internal database systems, compile data ensuring error free entries.
  • Determine and establish office procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Should be a good team player
  • Ability to deal well with a variety of people: customers, fellow employees and management
  • Initiative, good judgment, and ability to make quick decisions under sometimes stressful conditions
  • Responsible, reliable, honest, quick learner
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Should be good with computers.
