Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $17.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Skill Requirements:

Education: No formal education  required

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required.

Languages: Written and Oral English required

Specific Skills:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per customer’s order
• Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers 
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions
• estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Execute daily food preparation and task list 
• Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas to ensure high levels of cleanliness 
• Maintain food safety standards 
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
