Farm Supervisor

Job Duties:

-Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations

-Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers

-Ensure farm safety, food safety and security procedures are followed

-Maintain quality control and production records

-Develop work schedules and establish procedures

-Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies

-May perform general farm duties

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Education Required: Secondary School diploma

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year related experience
