Education: High School Diploma (minimum)
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Safe Food Handling certificate
Specific Skills
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Plan, organize, direct, control daily operations
- Must be familiar with: Point of sale system
- Balance cash register at cash-out, and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory
