Requirement and Skills:

• Education: Completion of Secondary education
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of related work experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and drawings
• Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors
• Coordinate and schedule activities of workers
• Supervise workers and projects
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Recommend personnel actions
• Train or arrange for training
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
