Duties as Administrative Coordinator (Accounts Payable and Liaison)
- Prepare monthly production reports, to showcase change in production and current trend compared with last year.
- Processing of invoices and cheques on an as needed basis, Receive and record payments on Agent’s accounts.
- Collect information on monthly charges incurred by agents and work towards allocating expenses and processing payments.
- Monthly Bank reconciliation on Remax’s trust and commission trust account, along with special accounts being managed.
- Monitor deposits from wire accounts and E-transfers, Assist Chief Operations Officer as needed.
- Assist Corporate account as needed.
- Monthly and quarterly HST filing of special accounts under supervision.
- Preparation of Annual year-end financial reports for special account under supervision.
- Leading Annual general board of director meeting for special accounts managed to give a preview of financial year.
- Ad hoc support to payroll, including payroll checking and payroll processing.
- Prepare Year End REMAX Integra Final Report and Awards and sponsorship/Payments and expense spreadsheet.
- Strong ability to multitask on a daily basis under pressure. Strong comprehension of Property management for multiple buildings and companies.
