Supervise and manage office administrative measures and assess, evaluate and implement new actions
Launch work urgencies, delegate efforts to office support staff, and ensure goals are met and procedures are implemented.
Manage policies and procedures linked to the release of records in processing requests under government rules and regulations
Manage and plan for office services, such as space, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Conduct analyses and supervise clerical procedures linked to accounting, contracting and project forecasting and administration procedures
Contribution in preparation of operating budget and sustain inventory and budgetary controls
Gather data and prepare regular intermittent and special reports, handbooks and communication
Might oversee and mange working of contractors, records management technicians and related staff.

Wage: $26.44/Hours
Hours of Work: 6-8 hours per day. 30-40 hours per week
Overtime Wage Rate: $39.66/Hour will be paid if the employee works more than 40 hours a week per 8 hours a day
