Languages: English

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Ability to Supervise: 11-15

Additional skills: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff

Specific Skills:

• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
• Plan and direct market research studies
• Oversee the preparation of reports, Advise senior management,
• Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information
• Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
