Position Summary

Sea Star Education Ltd. (Royal Child Care) is seeking a highly motivated ECE Assistant.

Location: Richmond, BC V6V 1N6

Salary: $19.00 / hour

Job Requirements 

 

Languages: English 

Education: College / CEGEP 

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Medical exam 

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling 

Work Location Information: Relocation costs covered by employer

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking

Children's Ages: Infant (3 months - 11 months), 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years

Early Childhood Educator Assistant Skills:

Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers, Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts, Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings

Work Setting: Child Care Centre 

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): 

Early Childhood Educator Assistant Certificate
