Food Service Supervisor

Job Details

Location: 7710 50 Avenue suite 6, Red Deer, AB T4P 2A5

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Vacancies: 2

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

• Supervise kitchen employees who prepare food orders in portion

• Oversee the food preparation and cooking process

• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand

• Ensure food services meeting quality standards

• Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Prepare and submit cost reports with records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

• Supervise and check delivery of food orders

• Schedule work shifts for employees
