Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Salary & Overtime: C$19.50/hr-C$20.50, 30-36hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation, Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Language: English

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Duties:

Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules to cover all shifts.

Supervise staff and cashiers’ performance.

Supervise Cash-In/Cash-out procedures.

Hire and train or arrange for training of new sales staff.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.

Maintain inventory and order merchandise accordingly.

Ensure that the store’s visual standards and cleanliness are maintained.

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
