Salary: $24.50 (CAD) per hour

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare and record keeping of invoices, reports, and correspondence.
  • Reply to e-mail, telephone calls, messages, and communication to customers.
  • Greet visitors and answer their queries.
  • Schedule and confirm the appointments.
  • Order and maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, arrange for maintenance and, repair work for machines.
  • Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
  • Administer and compile monthly performance data and statistical reports.
  • Handle customer queries in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements 

Education and Work Experience

  • Completion of high school
  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in administration or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point


Knowledge and Skills

  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Positive and co-operative attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
