Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and record keeping of invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Reply to e-mail, telephone calls, messages, and communication to customers.
- Greet visitors and answer their queries.
- Schedule and confirm the appointments.
- Order and maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, arrange for maintenance and, repair work for machines.
- Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
- Administer and compile monthly performance data and statistical reports.
- Handle customer queries in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
- Completion of high school
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in administration or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point
Knowledge and Skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
- Positive and co-operative attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
