Sushi Mori in Coquitlam is looking for a qualified and skillful Restaurant Manager

JOB TITLE: Restaurant Manager

WORK LOCATION: 13-2565 Barnet Hwy, Coquitlam, BC V3H 4E2

TERMS OF EMPLOYEMNT: Full-Time and Permanent

JOB DUTIES:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

REMUNERATION: C$32.00 per hour for 40 hours of working per week  

OVER TIME TATE: $ 48.00 per hour after 40 hours per week

VACATION: 10 Days of Paid Vacation per Year or 4% of gross salary for vacation pay

REQUIRMENT: At least college graduation is required
