Farm Manager

1333090 B.C.LTD. is looking for 2  Farm Managers. The candidate applying for the position should be high school graduate and the required language is English, possessing an experience for more than three years in the same field.

Position is full time, permanent and can be started as soon as possible. Wage rate for the job is $24.50 per hour and 40 hours a week.

Job duties include:

Manage all the operations of farm.

Recruit and train general farm workers.

Maintain financial and production records of the crops.

Establish work procedures and schedules for the workers.

Establish marketing programs.

Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and harvesting activities.

Determine the variety and number of crops to be grown.

Maintain and Purchase farm machinery and other required tools and equipment’s.

May perform other farm duties, if required.
