Farm Supervisor

1333090 B.C.LTD Is looking for 2  Farm supervisors. The candidate applying for the position should be high school graduate and the required language is English, possessing more than two years of experience in the same field.

Position is full time, permanent and can be started as soon as possible. Wage rate for the job is $ 20.00 per hour and work for 40 hours a week.

Job Duties include:

Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers.

Oversee and inspect the operations of the farm.

Evaluate the efficiency of different operations.

Develop work schedules and procedures.

Report daily base productivity every day.

Ensure food safety and other safety regulations are followed.

Estimate requirements and maintain records for the same.

Perform general farm duties if required.
