Job Duties
• Oversee and supervise workers concerning transaction activities
• Hire and train or arrange for training of transaction-handling staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Address problems including customer complaints and supply shortages
