Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of framers, carpenters who construct, renovate, and maintain structures of wood and other building materials and build and install interior structures and finishings in residential and commercial buildings.
- Meet all required work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Resolve work-problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
- Requisition of materials and supplies
- Train and arrange for training of workers
- Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed
- Prepare schedules and other reports
- Manage operations of the company by working work schedules with different locations.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Must have experience for at least 2 to 3 years in trade
- Excellent communication skills in English, oral and written
- Driver’s License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physically demanding requires significant standing, walking, moving, carrying, bending, and kneeling. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
