This is a Full Time- Permanent position, 40 hours per week to start as soon as possible.

NOC (2006): 6242; (2011): 6322

Positions available: 1

Wages:  $16.50-18.50 per hour

Language: English

Location of work: Same as company address / willing to relocate

Skills Requirement:

• Secondary school diploma
• 2 years  of related work experience

Main Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
