We offer $22.00/hr-$23.00/hr depend on experience based on 30-36hrs/wk for the right candidate

Overtime rate and vacation pay will be provided

The ideal candidate has: 

  • Completion of secondary school

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

     

    The successful candidate will perform duties:

  • Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules to cover all shifts.

  • Supervise staff and cashiers’ performance.

  • Supervise Cash-In/Cash-out procedures.

  • Hire and train or arrange for training of new sales staff.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.

  • Maintain inventory and order merchandise accordingly.

  • Ensure that the store’s visual standards and cleanliness are maintained.

  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
