What we look for

The Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively promoting our eatery in order to generate sales. This role covers the planning, developing, and execution of marketing and promotional strategy and materials for our restaurant, including brand management, advertising, web, sales collateral, and creating partnerships using a full range of direct and digital marketing channels.

 

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns for our services.
  2. Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
  3. Analyzing market trends in restaurants and catering service field and preparing forecasts.
  4. Generating new business leads.
  5. Increasing our brand awareness, web presence, and market share.
  6. Overseeing and responsible for updating the restaurant's website and social media sites. Keeps track of both positive and negative feedback from customers on rating websites
  7. Developing and managing the marketing budget.
  8. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

 

Success in this role looks like

Our ideal Marketing Manager will be highly creative, up-to-date on the latest online media platforms, has in-depth knowledge about branding, and long-term strategic planning and is comfortable with the day-to-day marketing activities thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs. Possessing an entrepreneurial drive is essential with flexibility, creativity, and assertiveness in offering ideas and adding to the overall success.

 

Qualifications

College diploma in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.

At least two years of experience as a marketing manager.

Has experience creating traditional and digital marketing campaigns

Has experience creating and managing social media platforms

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Bilingualism is considered an asset

 

What we offer

The compensation for this permanent full-time position would be CAD$43.00-$48.00/ hour for 35 working hours per week from Monday to Friday.

10 days of paid vacation or 4% of the gross wage.
