Wages: $27 per hour for 35 hours per week (Bi-weekly pay)

Overtime Rate: overtime rate of $40.50 per hour after 40 hours of work per week

Benefits: will be according to BC Employment Standard Act & 4% vacation pay, plus paid Statutory Holiday

As an Administrative Assistant you will perform the following duties:


  • Perform office administration tasks, such as filing documents (electronic and paper), copying, scanning etc.
  • Prepare invoices, brochures and make preparation for presentations by therapist,
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with therapist and laser technicians
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Answer telephone and
  •  electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
  • maintain the effective operation and upkeep of office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machine, printers, computers, and telephones.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Determine and establish office procedures
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • compiling client data and other information
  • arrange virtual sessions between the therapist and client.

Job Requirements


One year of proven experience in a related field such as an administrative assistant or secretary is required.



  • Minimum completion of secondary (high) School.


Other Information: The position is available and open to Aboriginals, youth, and new immigrants.


Work Conditions: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the daytime.
