Roofer

H & D Roofing LTD., located at 12391 82 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 3E5, is hiring full time “Roofer” (Position - 06) having 3+ year experience.

Duties:  Repair, replace or install built up roofing systems. Install sheet metal flashings.  By using waterproof sheet materials, install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system. Install water proof coatings to concrete or other surfaces. Set up frame for roof access. Examine the root of problem and determine best or appropriate solution. Measure roof to calculate the quantities of materials required. Replace or repair damaged or rotting joists, plywood, shingles, roofing tiles or shakes. By using hand and power tools, repair and install metal roofs. Cut roofing material to fit around walls or vents. Keep all equipment’s and Job sites clean, etc.

Wages: $27.00/hr. plus 4% vacation pay. Job is full time (40 hrs. per week) and permanent. Overtime after 40 hours of work per week. Work at various locations in lower mainland, Education- Not required. Language- English.
