Job Duties

  • Liaise with all departments, including Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, etc., to align on objectives, risks/opportunities, and plans;
  • Responsible for Financial management of projects, including P&L and recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business as well as negotiating and agreeing contracts;
  • Working with Directors to formulate and implement business strategy, plans, operational best practice, policy, and procedure company-wide;
  • Driving cross-functional projects to completion and developing systems to track progress towards operational goals;
  • Supporting business activities such as brand strategy, product positioning, messaging and resource planning;
  • Contribute actively in driving sales, strategy and product development initiatives and business development targeted to grow the business;
  • Drive the development and execution of the organization’s operational strategy to achieve profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives through its operations;
  • Ensure measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external processes throughout all layers of the operational structure;
  • Review and update current reports to demonstrate the success of operational activities, analyze results, report on key metrics, and findings;

  • Introduce and augment “best practices” processes and concepts for multi-location verticals into this business to foster higher levels of operational execution efficiency and excellence in the enterprise;
  • Build and promote an organizational culture that is focused on the principles of Extreme Ownership;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to vet and develop contract and relationship agreements with outside vendors to the greatest benefit of the company;
  • Manage day to day relationships with third parties to ensure compliance while maximizing output and execution;
  • Ensure that business processes are systematized to ensure consistent service delivery, increasing productivity, and regulatory compliance;
  • Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations;
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

 

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business administration

5 years or more experience is required in similar role

  • Effective written and verbal communicator in English, adept in conveying information concisely and accurately
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
  • Capable of holding budgetary responsibility of approximately $100,001 - $500,000
  • Ability to Supervise 5-10 people / employees and Contractors
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
