Lakha Drywall Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is currently hiring 2 full-time Construction Helpers (NOC: 7611) to join their growing team and contribute in the success of their business.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

 

Location of Employment: 13043 68 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 2E5 (The candidate is required to work on various locations in the lower mainland depending on work projects.)

 

Wage Rate: $ 21.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week

 

Overtime Wage: $31.50 per hour, above 40 hours a week & 8 hours a day

 

Benefits:  4% Vacation Pay

 

Number of Vacancies: 2

 

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Eligibility:

 

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: No experience Required. On-the-job training will be provided
• Languages: Basic English is required

 

 

Job Duties:

• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour and spread materials
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints
