Job description:

Salary: $16.00 per hour for 32 - 42 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 2 years or more

Location: 6485 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook Japanese, Thai and/or Vietnamese meals and dishes listed on the menu

• Review the menu regularly and make recommendations for new items and ingredients

• Determine size of food portion and monitor the inventory of food

• Check and monitor the quality of cooked products

• Oversee kitchen operations and helpers

• Assist in new helpers training

• Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices
