Hours:                                            35 - 40hrs/wk
Overtime:                                       $27.00/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)
Observed Holidays:                         As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 stat holidays/yr

2) Experience:                                   None. On job training provided

Job Duties:

• Sharpen and adjust knives and cutting equipment.

• Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery.

• Cut, debone, or grind pieces of meat.

• Maintains, fills, and rotates product in meat cases.

• Weigh and wrap meat or meat products.

• Cut or prepare meats to specifications.

• Assist other associates as needed.

• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
