Baker, Indian sweetmaker
Urgently require highly efficient and skilled Indian sweetsmaker, with broad knowledge of great variety of Indian sweets. Able to work diligently and skillfully to mass produce high quality products
Prepare and handle assortment of traditional and high quality Indian sweets such as gulab jaman, rasgulla, Jalabi, Amrati, Khoya barfi, Doda Barfi, Carrot Barfi, Bangali Rasgulla, motipak, Milk cake, Kalakand, Kaju Barfi, Ras Malai, Maser pak, chum chum as per customer and restaurant requirements
Able to decorate tastefully and comply with speccial requests
Maintaibn well stocked inventory of products and able to order as required,
Maintain high level of sanitary kitchen
Able to train junior staff members
Ensure food quality and food safety, including sweet temperatures, safe refrigeration of ingredients
Estimate time requirements for catering orders
Correctly receive orders and process and respond appropriately to customer concerns
Take necessary steps to meet customer needs and effectiely resolve foord or service issues
Inspect kitchen and ffood service areas and ensure all ingredients and kitchen adhere to high safety and helath standards
